I was honored to participate in the Savia Community Expo, increasing awareness of this resource for the town of Newhall, and meeting new friends and clients as well!
Denise Rutledge Brown applies a unique perception of natural surroundings to create ‘moment in time’ landscapes marked by strong contrasts of light and dark, warm and cool colors, and abstracted backgrounds with detailed foregrounds. Her process is direct and spontaneous, which gives her work a fresh feeling that aims to reflect the beauty of God's creation.

Wanted: "The Kid"
Baby Shower invitations are a fun way to express the personality of the parents. This project was challenging, but I love how it turned out.

Oh Boy!
This was a super fun project--a baby shower invitation with a moustache theme! The mother-to-be loves bright colors and moustaches, so this seemed fitting. :{)

Halloween at the Castle
I had a great time painting this photo location backdrop for the Halloween event at Real Life Church (cute kid not included)! It was too large to fit in my oversized stretcher bars, so I painted it on the floor of our garage. Not recommended for those with lower back issues. ;)
